Our Question Center is ideal for when you would prefer to submit a question or want a detailed, structured explanation of a difficult academic concept. Simply submit your question (attach supporting documents if necessary) and we will respond within 24 hours.
EXPERT WRITING ASSISTANCE
We provide you two ways to receive expert writing assistance:

- Asynchronous Writing Lab: Simply submit your draft through our secure messaging service. Within 24 hours, our writing specialists return the paper along with a detailed analysis and a customized analytic rubric. Rubrics focus on organization, voice, and thematic coherence. You can share the rubric analysis with one of our live tutors for more targeted assistance.
- Live Writing Lab: If you are in the preliminary stages of the writing process (or just prefer more immediate feedback), you have the option to receive live, one-to-one writing assistance from one of our writing experts through our online classroom.

If you continue to struggle with content, simply select the “Get Live Help” option from within any lesson and connect with a tutor who has access to that lesson, and who is an expert in the academic concepts covered by the lesson (live tutoring is billed at our usual rate).
